Vanuatu is home to many organic products that The Havannah focuses it's ever changing menus around and to accompany this gastronomic adventure we offer a selection of fine New Zealand, Australian and French wines.  Local, New Zealand and Australian beers, spirits and cocktails [some of questionable origin] are also available for your pleasure. Dine in comfort on the beach, under the stars overlooking turquoise waters or privately on the jetty.
